Not necessarily. We assess what should be kept, better configured, integrated or replaced. The goal is to connect the operation and improve the handover of information, not to add tools without judgement.
Can you connect sales to operations and delivery?
Yes. The idea is to make the commitment made in sales prepare the order, the operation, the delivery and the customer follow-up, without rebuilding information at each handover.
What's the difference between theoretical stock and real availability?
Recorded stock shows quantity. Real availability takes into account reservations, location, batch, expiry, orders in progress and commitments already made to the customer.
How do we start seeing real margin and not just revenue?
