Cloud Bitrix24 is not installed: it is available through the browser as soon as you subscribe. There is also the On-Premise version, installed on your own server, for those with specific data requirements. How long does a Bitrix24 implementation take?
It depends on the scope. Implementation is phased: the first area usually goes live in weeks, not months, and the ones that follow build on a validated base. Doing everything at once is the most common way to fail.
Do we have to stop the company?
No. We work in phases to reduce risk, test with the real teams and go live without unnecessary interruptions.
Do I have to replace the systems I already use?
Not always. First we assess what should be kept, integrated, reconfigured or replaced. The goal is not to add one more tool, it is to connect the operation.
How much does implementation cost?
It depends on the scope, which comes out of the assessment. Custom development has a reference rate of €60/hour. The assessment is free and is what allows us to give an honest figure instead of a guess.
