There are two families of plans: the Vibe+, launched in September 2026, and the long-standing Bitrix24 plans. We start with Vibe+ because they are the most complete. These are launch-offer prices and end on 10 December 2026, for 12-month subscriptions. Renewals after that are at the standard price. What Bitrix24 is, in plain English
Bitrix24 is a platform that holds a company's entire operation: customers and sales, tasks and projects, documents, internal communication and the automations that tie it all together. Instead of five tools that do not talk to each other, there is one — and what happens in one part shows up in the others.
It is neither a CRM nor an ERP: it is the layer where the operation runs and where the systems you already have (invoicing, accounting, production) connect. The price is per organisation, not per user. There is also a Free plan for 1 to 2 users. ERP24 issues the invoice in Portugal, in euros.

How is Bitrix24 installed?
Cloud Bitrix24 is not installed: it is available through the browser as soon as you subscribe. The real work is the configuration — designing the sales pipelines, importing contacts and history, connecting email and telephony, setting permissions and automating what repeats. That is what ERP24 does, along with training the team. There is also an On-Premise version, installed on your own server, for those with specific data requirements.
What is Bitrix24 Vibe+?
Vibe+ is the family of Bitrix24 plans launched in September 2026 that adds three things to the standard plans: Vibecode, for building applications inside Bitrix24 without coding; artificial intelligence with no usage limit; and unlimited access to the REST API and Market apps. It costs between €59 and €480 per month with annual payment.
What is the difference between the standard plans and Vibe+?
The standard plans (Basic, Standard, Professional, Enterprise) include the CRM, tasks, automation and reporting. Vibe+ includes all of that plus Vibecode, unlimited AI and unlimited REST API. If your team is not going to build applications or use AI intensively, the standard plan is enough — and saves between €10 and €81 per month.
Does Bitrix24 have a free plan?
It does. The Free plan is free for 1 to 2 users and includes basic CRM with deals and contacts, tasks in Kanban and Gantt, chat, calls, a shared calendar and 5 GB of storage. It is there to try before deciding. For larger teams, or to automate sales, you need a paid plan.
Does Bitrix24 connect to Portuguese invoicing software?
It does. ERP24 has ready-made integrations with Moloni, TOConline, Cloudware, IziBizi, KeyInvoice and IfThenPay, so invoices and payments stay connected to the CRM without manual work. It is one of the reasons it makes sense to license through a Portuguese partner rather than directly abroad.
