Frequently asked questions
Are the integrations included in the Bitrix24 licence?
No. The licence gives you the platform; the Portuguese integrations are provided by ERP24 to those who license through it. Talk to us to find out what applies in your case.
Does Bitrix24 connect to my invoicing software?
If you use Moloni, TOConline, Cloudware, IziBizi or KeyInvoice, yes — the integration already exists. For other software, we assess the available API and tell you what is possible before going ahead.
Can I take payments through Bitrix24?
You can, with the IfThenPay integration: Multibanco, MB WAY and card. The payment is linked to the deal and updates it when it comes in.
And if I need an integration that does not exist?
We build it. Custom development has a reference rate of €60/hour, and always starts by checking what can be solved through configuration — often no code is needed at all.
