Every handover is time spent and a chance to get it wrong — and, at month end, nobody can say with confidence what has already been invoiced on each deal without opening two systems.
With the two connected, invoices, receipts and customers stay in sync with the CRM and payments received are tied back to the deal that produced them. The document stops being the end of the line and becomes just another stage of the deal.
What Moloni is
Moloni is Portuguese invoicing software certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority, used by thousands of companies in Portugal to issue invoices, receipts and other documents within Portuguese tax rules.
ERP24 does not replace Moloni or Bitrix24: it connects them. Invoicing carries on in the certified software, as the law requires. What disappears is the manual work between the two.

Can I take payments through Bitrix24?
You can, with the IfThenPay integration: Multibanco, MB WAY and card. The payment is tied to the deal and updates it when it comes in.
